i like this device. it works great one both of my laptops. at times it can be hard to get a signal but once it gets it, it really keeps it. i use this device with t-mobile and i get a gprs connection of about 115kbps. its not bad for a modem connection. it not only has good data service it also supports voice services. sorry folks but you can only one of the service at a time for some reason. when you activate the gprs modem you can not make calls or send sms messages but it still will recieve them and then tell you about it. the audio quality is nice. the volume just does not go as high as i would like it to go. i just never used the mms messaging feature or the email feature in it before. the nice thing about the messaging in it is that they will stay in the modem card and so when you put the device in another device they will appear on that device. if you keep the sms messages on the device to long, they will start to build up and it will eventually get full. it does read the contacts from the SIM card. i tried the fax feature but that never worked for me.
